MineTwin is our flagship mine simulation solution that run thousands of discrete-event simulation instances of the entire operation within minutes. The simulation model will consider measured data to accurately recreate the day-to-day activities of the mine, considering the following: Available, drilled, blasted, and loading faces Road network and intersections Drilling, blasting/charging, and scoop tramming rates Scoop loader to haul truck transfer time Road segments, travel speeds, and congestion Buffers and cross-docking points volumes where they occur Crushing and hoisting rates Development drilling and blasting Roof bolter and shotcrete machine Ventilation and utilities constraints		MineTwin provides a true digital twin of the system and compare actual production performance parameters from MineProd against the optimal mine operating model on the fly. MineTwin incorporates the MineFlow principles on buffer and constraint capacities on production throughput. The MineTwin scenarios outputs generated by MineTwin. By configuring our existing MineTwin platform vs. building a custom simulation from scratch for every single mine, we reduce development time by more than 60%. Utilizing our MineTwin platform also has the added benefit that customers can continue using MineTwin for continuous business improvement and detailed analysis once the initial project is completed. Our MineTwin platform is currently in active use at various client mines around the world.
