The Tomahee Mine Operating Model (MOM) is a production flow intervention in securing substantial increase in throughput and related profitability of a mining operation or company.
Through the sustained application of the Mine Operating Model production increases of between 7–50% and cost reductions of 10–30% per ton is achieved.
