The Tomahee Mine Operating Model (MOM) is a production flow intervention in securing substantial increase in throughput and related profitability of a mining operation or company.
Through the sustained application of the Mine Operating Model production increases of between 7–50% and cost reductions of 10–30% per ton is achieved. The Mine Operating Model is founded on four fundamental principles in achieving the maximum value hill of the operation or process under review and visualise the current operation through the lens of its true potential. |
